MeetVelour is built for verified content creators who need private, verification-first tools. Below is a plain-English summary of the controls we have in place today. This page describes our app-level controls and is maintained by our team — it is not an independent certification.
Account safety
Creator accounts require email verification. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider. Creators can change passwords, sign out of all devices, and permanently delete their account from Account settings.
Access control
Sensitive profile data (payout wallet, contact email, registration metadata) is never readable by other signed-in users. Row-level security and server-side role checks gate every read and write.
Admin controls
Administrative actions (account status, payouts, refunds) are restricted to a small admin role enforced server-side. Admin access is audited via database timestamps.
Data minimisation
We collect only what's needed to operate the platform: a display name, contact email for receipts, and your payout wallet address. Client identities are anonymous browser sessions — no client account required.
Payouts in crypto
Payouts are sent in USDT on Tron (TRC20) or BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) to a wallet you fully control. We never custody your earnings beyond the weekly settlement cycle.
Email & privacy
Transactional emails are sent from a MeetVelour-controlled domain over authenticated SMTP. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time. We do not sell user data.
